產品(pin)經(jing)理和項目經(jing)理之(zhi)間有(you)什么(me)區別(bie)?
1、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)內(nei)容不同。產(chan)(chan)品經理(li)的全(quan)(quan)稱是(shi)ProductManager,是(shi)企業中專(zhuan)門負責(ze)產(chan)(chan)品管理(li)的崗位,在(zai)(zai)日常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中,主(zhu)要負責(ze)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)調(diao)(diao)研,并挖掘總結用戶的需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu),來(lai)確(que)定(ding)要做一款什么樣的產(chan)(chan)品。在(zai)(zai)管理(li)產(chan)(chan)品期間,也需(xu)(xu)要根據產(chan)(chan)品的生命周期,協(xie)調(diao)(diao)、營銷(xiao)、研發等等部門來(lai)實施什么樣的產(chan)(chan)品策略。而項目(mu)(mu)(mu)經理(li)的全(quan)(quan)稱是(shi)ProjectManager,是(shi)項目(mu)(mu)(mu)團隊的領導,首要職責(ze)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)預(yu)算(suan)范圍內(nei)來(lai)按時優質(zhi)的領導。項目(mu)(mu)(mu)成員完成項目(mu)(mu)(mu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),達到項目(mu)(mu)(mu)的預(yu)期要求(qiu)(qiu),所以(yi),項目(mu)(mu)(mu)經理(li)需(xu)(xu)要制定(ding)一系列的項目(mu)(mu)(mu)計劃(hua),并且在(zai)(zai)項目(mu)(mu)(mu)推進中完成全(quan)(quan)局(ju)把(ba)控的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。
2、崗位(wei)目(mu)(mu)(mu)標(biao)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)。雖(sui)然產(chan)(chan)品(pin)經(jing)(jing)(jing)理和(he)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)經(jing)(jing)(jing)理都是(shi)(shi)(shi)PM,但是(shi)(shi)(shi)在同(tong)(tong)一個(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)中,他們(men)擔任(ren)的(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)色(se)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong),并且他們(men)的(de)(de)(de)職位(wei)目(mu)(mu)(mu)標(biao)也是(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)。產(chan)(chan)品(pin)經(jing)(jing)(jing)理的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)(mu)(mu)標(biao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)把控好(hao)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)方向,對(dui)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)方向和(he)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)質量負(fu)責。而項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)經(jing)(jing)(jing)理的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)(mu)(mu)標(biao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)保證(zheng)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)執(zhi)行到位(wei),對(dui)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)質量以(yi)及項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)進度負(fu)責任(ren)。
