彈性工作制歸根結底(di)是一種以人為本的管(guan)理理念(nian)在做支(zhi)撐,在此工作制度下員工更(geng)可能將(jiang)他們的工作(zuo)活(huo)動(dong)調整到*生(sheng)產率的時(shi)間內進行(xing),同(tong)時(shi)更(geng)好地將(jiang)工作(zuo)時(shi)間同(tong)他們工作(zuo)以外的活(huo)動(dong)安(an)排(pai)協調起來,從而(er)使勞動(dong)生(sheng)產率大大提高。
