服務流程
根據客戶的需求,企業內部培訓師訓練計劃(運用培訓教練技術植入課程設計的操作標準)操作流程如下圖:
企業內訓計劃第一階段:
內訓課程(課程設計操作標準講解),建議四天。我們向學員系統講解培訓教練技術(CDOS)的五大模塊,涉及培訓教練技術的各項操作標準,還要當場演示課程設計小助手這套課程設計軟件的使用。課堂上,我們還會用客戶提供的幾份PPT課件作為案例進行分析,并提出改進建議,讓學員真切感受到培訓教練技術對于課程品質改善的巨大作用。這一階段的培訓目標包括:
1、讓客戶的領導干部及內訓師全面系統地了解課程設計操作標準的各項要求;
2、幫助大家澄清、梳理培訓工作中重要的基礎概念;
3、學會運用“課程設計小助手”完成PPT課件框架的設計制作;
4、提升大家對于培訓課程的鑒賞能力,且能發現過往自己設計課程中的不足;
5、幫助參加下階段標準演練的內訓師確定(ding)演練的課(ke)題(選(xuan)題)。
企業內訓計劃第二階段:
標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)。標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)收費標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)是(shi)內訓課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)的(de)兩倍。三(san)天(tian)的(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)在前一階段(duan)“內訓課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)”結束日(ri)算起(qi)至少45天(tian)以后(hou)進(jin)行(xing),以便(bian)讓學員(yuan)消(xiao)化課(ke)(ke)(ke)堂內容,并認真準(zhun)(zhun)備(bei)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)PPT課(ke)(ke)(ke)件(jian)(jian)(jian)。標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)主要目標(biao)(biao)在于(yu)讓學員(yuan)學會系統地整理培訓思路(lu)的(de)技巧。建(jian)議由24人參(can)加標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),每位演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)者(zhe)(zhe)需要單獨登(deng)上講臺講解30分鐘。該(gai)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)者(zhe)(zhe)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)完(wan),即刻由輔導老師給與點(dian)評并針對(dui)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)PPT課(ke)(ke)(ke)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)邏(luo)輯思路(lu)提出改進(jin)建(jian)議。每位參(can)加標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)人,必須(xu)針對(dui)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),自行(xing)準(zhun)(zhun)備(bei)用(yong)于(yu)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)PPT課(ke)(ke)(ke)件(jian)(jian)(jian),內容自定,但要求必須(xu)與其本職工作相關。演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)者(zhe)(zhe)必須(xu)依照“課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)品質控制表(biao)”并運用(yong)“課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)設(she)計小助(zhu)手”來準(zhun)(zhun)備(bei)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)PPT課(ke)(ke)(ke)件(jian)(jian)(jian),輔導老師也將用(yong)“課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)品質控制表(biao)”為演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)者(zhe)(zhe)打分并提出改進(jin)建(jian)議。演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)者(zhe)(zhe)由客(ke)戶(hu)自行(xing)指定,標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)PPT課(ke)(ke)(ke)件(jian)(jian)(jian)要在開課(ke)(ke)(ke)前15天(tian)提供。每天(tian)進(jin)行(xing)8人的(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),三(san)天(tian)可以進(jin)行(xing)24人的(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)。
企業內訓計劃第三階段:
深度(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)。標(biao)準(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)收費標(biao)準(zhun)是內(nei)(nei)訓課(ke)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)兩倍(bei)。在標(biao)準(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)結(jie)束之日算起至(zhi)少45天(tian)以(yi)(yi)后才能進行(xing)深度(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),以(yi)(yi)便讓學(xue)員消化前(qian)期內(nei)(nei)容,并認真準(zhun)備深度(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)PPT課(ke)件。深度(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標(biao)在于輔導客戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)12名(ming)(ming)到(dao)(dao)15名(ming)(ming)內(nei)(nei)訓師(shi)依(yi)照培(pei)(pei)訓教(jiao)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)技術(shu)(CDOS)相關(guan)(guan)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各項要求各自(zi)完(wan)成一門(men)合格的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)部培(pei)(pei)訓課(ke)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設計,這些人(ren)將成為推動客戶內(nei)(nei)訓師(shi)隊(dui)伍建設和課(ke)程體系建設的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技術(shu)力量(liang)。參(can)(can)加深度(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),每(mei)人(ren)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)1小時(shi),外加每(mei)人(ren)獲得(de)20分鐘的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分析及點評,每(mei)天(tian)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)進行(xing)4人(ren)到(dao)(dao)5人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)深度(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),3天(tian)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)完(wan)成12人(ren)到(dao)(dao)15人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)深度(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)。參(can)(can)加深度(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)員應該從參(can)(can)加標(biao)準(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)員中選(xuan)拔,選(xuan)拔的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)主要就是標(biao)準(zhun)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分數,并適當考(kao)慮其它因素。參(can)(can)加深度(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)員,仍然要提前(qian)認真準(zhun)備演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)PPT課(ke)件,并嚴格遵循(xun)培(pei)(pei)訓教(jiao)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)技術(shu)(CDOS)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)評分標(biao)準(zhun)及相關(guan)(guan)要求。通過深度(du)(du)演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)訓師(shi)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)說(shuo)已(yi)經(jing)(jing)系統掌握了(le)課(ke)程設計的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技巧,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)承擔演(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)課(ke)題的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)講解,已(yi)經(jing)(jing)是一名(ming)(ming)較為成熟的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)訓師(shi)了(le)。
