在(zai)進(jin)行工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)分(fen)析中,相關(guan)內容(rong)應遵循6W1H原則。誰來(lai)做(zuo)(zuo),完成什么樣的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),在(zai)什么時候完成,在(zai)哪里做(zuo)(zuo),為(wei)什么要做(zuo)(zuo),為(wei)誰做(zuo)(zuo),如何完成。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)分(fen)析最(zui)重要的就(jiu)是信息收(shou)集工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),主要收(shou)集的內容(rong)包括:工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)活動、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中人(ren)的行為(wei)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中所使用的機器、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、設備(bei)以及其(qi)他(ta)輔助(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的績效(xiao)標準、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)環境、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)對人(ren)的要求(qiu),與工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)相關(guan)的有(you)形和無形的內容(rong)。
筆者建議,進行工作(zuo)分析需要從企業的(de)組織架(jia)(jia)構、業務流(liu)(liu)程進行優化,分解出(chu)部(bu)門(men)職(zhi)責的(de)職(zhi)能(neng)分解表,形成(cheng)相關具(ju)體(ti)文件,對企業組織架(jia)(jia)構優化、流(liu)(liu)程診斷(duan)找(zhao)出(chu)當前(qian)存在的(de)問題。

HR工作分(fen)析之工作說明書的編寫需要注(zhu)意以下原則:
1.針(zhen)對工作本身;2.內(nei)容清(qing)晰明了;3.描(miao)(miao)述要具體細(xi)致,在(zai)描(miao)(miao)述過(guo)程中用(yong)詞(ci)(ci)盡量(liang)選用(yong)一些具體的(de)動詞(ci)(ci),少用(yong)形容詞(ci)(ci)。盡量(liang)使用(yong)能夠準確表達意思的(de)文字(zi)。比如:針(zhen)對制(zhi)度(du)、方案(an)、計劃常用(yong)的(de)文字(zi),我們建議采(cai)用(yong):編(bian)制(zhi)、制(zhi)定、擬定、起草、審定、審核、審查、轉交(jiao)、下達、備案(an)、存檔等。4.以符(fu)合邏輯的(de)順序(xu)進行(xing)編(bian)寫。5.盡量(liang)采(cai)用(yong)通(tong)俗(su)易懂的(de)語言;6.表明各項職責(ze)重(zhong)要性。
