三、加減(jian)(jian)分(fen)(fen)法。首先確(que)定(ding)一個基(ji)數,達(da)到(dao)這個基(ji)數時,得分(fen)(fen)為一百分(fen)(fen),當(dang)實際達(da)成超(chao)過或低于該(gai)基(ji)數時,按一定(ding)規則加減(jian)(jian)分(fen)(fen)。比如某(mou)班組(zu)每(mei)班次生產產品五(wu)十臺為基(ji)準得分(fen)(fen)為一百分(fen)(fen),每(mei)多或少生產一臺則加或減(jian)(jian)五(wu)分(fen)(fen),一般會設置最(zui)(zui)高加分(fen)(fen),如最(zui)(zui)高加二十分(fen)(fen),加減(jian)(jian)分(fen)(fen)法一般適用于目標任務比較明確(que),技術比較穩定(ding)的情況。
