 員工工資發放是按員工當月出勤,其實這種說法不嚴謹,而薪酬專業術語是按員工當月計薪天數發放工資,員工每月的計薪天數,這往往是困擾薪酬人員的一大難題,如何精準的計算計薪天數?首先,對涉及薪酬核算的幾個時間概念,要有準確的認識,分別是以下三項:
