第(di)三句:缺(que)什么考(kao)什么。考(kao)核(he)的(de)重點(dian)一(yi)般都會放(fang)在那些(xie)對于員(yuan)工(gong)很(hen)重要(yao),但是他目前做的(de)還不夠好的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)內容和工(gong)作(zuo)職責(ze)上(shang),因為考(kao)核(he)一(yi)般都會和收入掛鉤,對這(zhe)些(xie)重要(yao)的(de)薄弱環節進行(xing)考(kao)察,會在很(hen)大(da)程度(du)上(shang)提(ti)升員(yuan)工(gong)對于這(zhe)些(xie)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)重視程度(du),促進他們努(nu)力學習(xi)完成這(zhe)些(xie)工(gong)作(zuo),所需要(yao)的(de)知識(shi)和技能,有(you)利于提(ti)升企(qi)業效率(lv)。
